Your assumptions

Defaults are examples, not measured conversion or quoted platform fees. Use your actual costs. Results exclude tax and your labor.

What your goal would require

—whole orders / day
—relevant visits / day
—gross revenue / day
—after entered costs / day

These are planning estimates. Actual customer demand, payment costs and refunds must be measured.

Small conversion changes.
Different traffic needs.

For the same price and order goal, changing conversion changes the number of visits you need. The rates below are scenarios, not benchmarks.

How the calculation works

Gross revenue goal: divide the goal by your price and round up to a whole order. Divide those orders by the purchase rate to estimate required visits.

Income goal: add the daily costs to your goal, then divide by the amount left from each order after the entered fees. Round up to a whole order. This is before tax and your labor.

A visit means a relevant visit to your offer. Social impressions, search impressions, page views and unique people are different measures. Use one consistent definition when you record results.

A useful next step

Before looking for more traffic, make sure your page explains who the product is for, what the buyer receives and what they can try now.
